Nick has been managing since 1989 and currently is the Broker for the three offices located in Allentown, Bethlehem Township, and Quakertown. Nick’s mother, Cathy Kavounas, started Coldwell Banker Heritage and is President. Nick is married to Janice Kavounas who is the VP of Operations for Coldwell Banker Heritage Real Estate. Father of two, Alex who is 26 and Melissa who is deceased from cancer and heart disease. Nick enjoys walking his two dogs, Niska and Jenny plus weight training, and reading.
